Eagle Vision Community Development Center (EVCDC) is the visionary brainchild of Center of Praise Ministries, International founding pastor, Bishop Parnell M. Lovelace, Jr. The Center Headquartered at the Eara E. Lovelace Power Center in Rancho Cordova, California. EVCDC is a 501(c) 3 non profit organization.
Our mission is to empower individuals, to achieve excellence, growing into capable leaders, who will emerge as productive members of their community.
